Just a short drive away, Burlington is located 13 miles northeast of Boston. With easy access to Route 128, this town has become a hub for businesses looking to be based in the Greater Boston Area. The town is known for its high technology companies and serves as a base for many fortune 500 companies like Raytheon.
In July of 2007 Burlington had a population of 22, 886. The town is located next to historical Lexington and Concord, two towns which are famous for their history due to the American Revolution. Visitors come from all over to view the historic battlegrounds which the colonists once fought on for their fight for freedom.
It wouldn’t be a trip to Burlington without stopping at the mall. The Burlington Mall draws residents from surrounding towns and all over the Greater Boston Area and boasts a wide variety of retail outlets. The mall has become a high-end center for shopping and is home to stores like Nordstrom, Macy’s, Brooks Brothers and Sephora.

Burlington lies within close proximity to many well established colleges and universities. Brandeis University, Bentley University and Babson College are all just a short drive away down Route 128 and are considered to be some of the top places of higher education for business and liberal arts studies. Northeastern University, located in Boston also has a satellite suburban campus right in the heart of Burlington.
